At Proply, we pride ourselves on listening to all user feedback (no matter how small). Your feedback helps us build a better product and we log all feedback - we take our product development seriously, so let us know what you'd like us to improve.
The best way to submit feedback is through the platform:
- When logged in on the relevant screen, click on the Feedback icon in the bottom right
- Take a screenshot of the screen element and make any annotations using the edit options
- Complete the details in the pop up box
- Click Send.
This will submit your feedback as a ticket so that we can capture it and respond to you if needed.
