If an assistant has been working on a proposal on your behalf, they'll submit it for approval. The approving agent will receive a notification and this proposal will appear as Pending.
To approve and send the proposal:
- Navigate to Proposals
- Locate the Pending proposal that you'd like to review
- Click the Continue button (bottom of the tile), or the Edit icon (top right of the tile)
- Review the proposal
- In Step 5, click the Send button
- You'll be prompted to enter the recipient details and a personalised message. Note: You can set default Email/SMS templates. If you don't want to SMS the client, ensure the SMS fields are blank and that there is no Client Mobile Number in Step 1.
- Click Send.
