If you encounter an issue or bug in the product, we'd love to know about it!
The best way to report a bug or issue is through the platform:
- When logged in on the relevant screen, click on the Feedback icon in the bottom right
- Take a screenshot of the screen element and make any annotations using the edit options
- Complete the details in the pop up box
- Click Send.
This will submit the issue as a ticket so that we can capture it and respond to you.
