During the ‘Send Proposal process’, Proply will email your client (or yourself if you list your email as the receiver), and if you wish, an SMS message can be sent to your client, which will include a message and a link to view the proposal. To send the SMS message, the required steps are:
- When creating a proposal - In Step 1 - Client and Property details, in the Client details section, you need to fill in the Client Mobile Number in this field:
- After creating a proposal (completing Steps 1, 2, 3 and 4 and selecting the theme in Step 5), proceed to the Send Proposal action, by clicking on the Send button in step 5:
- After clicking on the Send button, a pop-up window will open. The SMS content field is optional. To send an SMS, you MUST have text in the SMS content section. If this section is left empty an SMS will not be sent.
Here is an example of an SMS you can include:
Dear Mr & Mrs _ _ _ _ ,
Here is the link to view your Property Proposal, this link has also been sent to you via email. We look forward to hearing from you with any questions that you may have about this Proposal, or how to proceed with the next step items.
Kind Regards, _ _ _ _.
- Complete both the email and SMS sections and press send. Both the SMS and email will be sent at the time.
