You can create default messages that will assist you when completing the Send Proposal process. The steps are:
- In the Proposals page click on the blue link: “Update your Email and SMS templates here”
- A Pop-up window will open with editable fields: Subject, Content, SMS content. Add your default messages, then click the Save button in order to save your default text.
Next time you create a proposal and click on the Send button in Step 5, the pop-up window that opens will have the content fields pre-populated with your default messages.
If you want to edit default copy previously created, just click on the same blue link on the Proposals page, make changes to the content and click on the Save button.
